Created by Dr. Kayur Shah, as a public service initiative under our foundation, the EyeDropAlarm app is a free, specialized tool designed specifically for patients to keep track of their eye medications after surgery and for glaucoma, uveitis, dry eyes, and other ophthalmic conditions.

​Medication Disposal

Proper disposal of unused, expired, or unwanted medications--including eye drops and solutions—is critical for environmental safety and public health. Flushing active pharmaceutical ingredients down toilets or throwing them in the trash pollutes waterways and risks accidental exposure.
